Jen jednou byl čas pro radost...

Hodinu a půl jsem kroutil hlavou nad tím, co všechno je možný v naší lize zahodit. Plzeň hraje dobrý fotbal, ale nedává góly; ani ze tří metrů do prázdný brány. A tak rozdává body. Za normálních okolností by si Jablonec odvezl ze západu Čech trojku, jenže Střihavka, Bakoš a další byli za dřeváky a darovali hostům bod. (1:1)

     Přitom Plzeň soupeře jasně přehrála. Hlavně v první půli rozdílem třídy. Výborně zahrál Rajtoral, vůbec celá pravá strana domácích byla hodně našláplá. Jenže plzeňští hráči všechny šance spolehlivě zahazovali. Střihavka netrefil ze tří metrů prázdnou kasu, spolu s Bakošem a Petrželou šli třikrát sami na Špita a nic… Tohle už není o štěstí, tohle je vyloženě neumění. Škoda pro Plzeň, pod Vrbou hrajou pohlednej, útočnej fotbal. Ale bez gólů to celé ztrácí smysl. Na druhé straně se z náhodné akce opřel do míče Lafata a krásnou střelou vyrovnal. Na jaře dal už šestý gól, to je slušná bilance. Jablonec sice pořádně nevěděl, co hrát, kde běhat a jak si přihrát, ale přesto má bod.
